Photo - Prep
After the initial consultation, If your time frame does not allow you to complete what we started or if
you are feeling overwhelmed, I am here to help! I can return to add the final touches using what you already own to create
strong marketing photos.

Staging Enhancement
~ This service elevates your marketing photos. After the initial consultation, I include a customized quote for your home’s specific needs should you need this additional service. This would include bringing in specially curated items such as artwork, greenery, pillows, and accent pieces to enhance your home making it stand out
against the competition.
~This service is for the key rooms in your home / main living area, main bedroom and bathroom, dining, and kitchen. This option is perfect for homeowners who may not have the time, capability, or desire to prepare the home themselves.
